Swim

The race will start at Sematan Palm Beach Resort's beachfront.

The Key Power Sports Swim Course is designed to be an inverted triangle, clockwise 750M swim.

Athletes will swim two laps(One Lap for Sprint Distance) under a rolling start process. The swim will be a non-wetsuit swim with the water temperature hovering around 28-29 Degree Celsius.

Aid station will be available upon Exit.

Bike

The 40KM loop bike course will head out towards Sematan – Telok Melano, the edge of Borneo. The earliest U-Turn marking/signage at KM11 is only for the Sprint Distance Athlete to make their early U-Turn returning to Sematan Palm Beach Resort for the Transition & Run Start.

While the Olympic Distance athlete & Borneo 100 athletes carry on towards the edge of Borneo to make their U-Turn further into the bike course to complete their respective 40KM/80KM Bike Leg before returning to Sematan Palm Beach Resort for Transition & Run. Aid stations will be available at KM22 & KM61.

Run

The run will start at Sematan Palm Beach Resort, The Brooks Run Course is designed to be a flat-out coastal speed track. Leading out 2.5KM from Sematan Palm Beach Resort, athletes make their U-Turn return at 2.5KM Mark, making the loop a complete 5KM.

Sprint Athlete do 1 loop, Olympic Distance & Aquathlon athletes do 2 loops, while Borneo100 athlete do 3.5 loops of the Brooks Run Course.

Upon completing their respective run distance for their categories, athletes will end their race at Sematan Palm Beach Resort.

Aid stations will be at every 2.5 km.
